The U.S. government has once again demonstrated its ability to find and control any covert and public potential threats to human peace in the world by punishing the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and its two officials in the East Turkistan (Uyghuristan) under Magnetisky law. I would like to thank the United States Government for being the voice of a people who are being persecuted by that the secret and economic branch of the People’s Liberation Army.
As its name implies, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is a military apparatus that live in society and ready to crackdown if Uyghurs take up arms and revolt against oppression. If the Uyghurs remain silent about oppression, it is an institution that will continue to produce and dominate the region economically. This government branch, which did not exist anywhere else in the world, was to be condemned by the international community as it was initially built. Because it is too late for the world to recognize China, especially the situation in East Turkistan (Uyghuristan) ; The civilian-dressed military has been at the forefront of China's 70-year repressive policies against the Uighurs. In addition to working side by side with the Chinese army and police in cracking down on any Uyghur campaign, The Army branch ruined the economic life of Uyghur people by forcefully taking over the most abundant waters and fertile lands.
As the world turns a blind eye to these crimes of the construction army, China has been making the army even more courageous every year, praising the army in its white papers for "playing a huge role in maintaining the stability of so-called Xinjiang." In the last three years, The Army has provided the camps and prisons to detain and control more than 3 million Uyghurs and other ethnic groups. Most of the factories where some of those in the camps were sent as slave laborers were established under the same construction army. For example, the two largest training centers in Yenişehir, Kashgar, the Ruyi Textile Factory, are located in the 63rd Regiment of the 14th Division.One more important fact About XPCC is The Hashar ( farmers forceful labor )which requires every farmer to work for government at least two months every year without salary was initiated by XPCC since early 1980s.
The U.S. government was the first to see the role of the killer in the genocide in East Turkistan (Uyghuristan) and recognized the urgent need to control its actions. The force is also tasked with implementing the One road one belt Initiative, which is part of China’s plan to rule the world. Therefore, the decision is of great importance not only to the oppressed Uyghur people, but also to the security of all countries and peoples who may be victims of this expansionist plan, so I would like to congratulate the US government on this wise decision.
