The International Rabia Platform has launched the 'Silent Chair' demonstration in Ankara in remembrance of all Muslims killed in Egypt, Syria, Myanmar, Iraq, Kashmir and East Turkistan.

The demonstrators have placed 4,100 chairs at the entrance of a metro station in the Turkish capital. Sheets representing 'the slain', are attached to the chairs.

The co-ordinator of the Rabia Platform, Cihangir Isbilir, has said that the world is interested in Mandela death but no one is showing interest in the message of justice he preached in his life.

The International 'R4BIA' platform was established on September 16 in Istanbul.

The four-finger Rabia salute commemorates the hundreds of supporters of ousted Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi, who were killed in mid-August when the Egyptian police violently dispersed two sit-ins in Cairo's Rabia al-Adawiya Square and Giza's Nahda Square.
